Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and personal accessories cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products only.
- If you received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
